Members meet the 2013 MX-5

Several members of the Club were introduced to the latest MX-5 at the local St. Catharines Mazda dealership this weekend.   The "True Red" GS model that we saw has the power retractable hardtop in contrasting "Brilliant Black".  The 4-banger powerplant has 167 HP, 140 lb. ft. of torque with a 6-speed manual transmission. 17" Dark Gunmetal alloy wheels rounds out a nice package that includes sport suspension, limited-slip differential, traction and stability control systems. Thanks to Chris Storring for hosting this event at his dealership.  The ice-cream run was cancelled in favour of hot coffee at Timmies!
